1st Shift General Laborer
Summary
We are looking for eager and energetic General Laborers to join our team. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn monthly safety and attendance bonuses that add a $1 per hour increase. That’s right—bonuses every month!
If you are placed on our Paint Line, you will also receive a $2 per hour pay increase after just one week.
No experience in a manufacturing setting? No problem! We provide full training for the role, making this a great opportunity for those looking to start or grow their career in manufacturing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Repeatedly handle steel parts weighing between 10 to 70 lbs, with buddy lifting support available in certain areas.
- Assist skilled welders, machine operators, and paint booth operators with daily tasks.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure manufactured parts meet the required standards.
- Package steel parts efficiently for storage or shipment.
- Report daily production activities to ensure accurate tracking of work completed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Comply with all company Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, including the use of steel-toe boots/shoes and other provided safety gear.
Qualifications
- No prior manufacturing experience required—we will train you!
- Ability to handle and move heavy steel parts with weights ranging from 10 to 70 lbs.
- Willingness to learn new skills and work in a team-based environment.
- Strong attention to safety and the ability to follow quality control procedures.
- Good communication skills and the ability to report daily activities clearly.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Work / Physical Requirements
- Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry steel parts weighing 10 to 70 lbs.
- Buddy lifting is available for larger parts in certain areas.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment that may include exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
- Steel-toe boots/shoes are required; other PPE will be provided.
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
